Qlick guided us on a journey of discovery into ourselves, our thoughts and feelings and to a better understanding of the way other people react. Jung’s theory was explained to us so we could put it into practice in our professional and private lives. That was a challenge, because our group included participants from all sorts of backgrounds and nationalities. After a day-long session, we came to the realisation that we were standing at the very edge of analysis and application. A further step would definitely enrich the insights and benefit the organisation.

Insights Discovery© is a method based on the typologies established by psychiatrist and psychoanalyst Carl Gustav Jung. Based on a colour profile, you gain insight into different behaviours, beginning with your own. How you think and react, what motivates you and what slows you down, which other behaviours you interact with smoothly and which ones you have difficulty making contact with, etc.

Using that knowledge, individuals can build better relationships, lead people effectively and work more harmoniously and productively in teams.  The result? A stimulating work environment where innovation, creativity and productivity flourish!

With Insights Discovery© you have a powerful instrument for developing yourself, both personally and professionally. You gain insight into your own working- or management style, you learn to understand better why you hesitate when faced with major decisions, or to give direction in your career.
